This project began by photographing an image on a screen, in such a way that the grid orientation of the screen intersected the grid orientation of the camera to produce a moire. This anomalous optical artifact was then photographed.

Further layers of moire were produced by successively rephotographing and digitally presenting the images at various resolutions.
