Self-study has not given me any competence for producing work from which to draw empirical conclusions. Rather I aim to allow the mind to travel at levels that are not common in art. My work seeks the emptiness of mind that is the goal of meditation, which allows us to see things anew. This, of course is a very ambitious program, but why should I be afraid to fail?
